Payment Options

No Insurance

  • For patients without insurance, we offer simple, straightforward payment options with pay-per-visit care. Payment is collected at the time of service. If financial concerns arise, we also offer CareCredit financing to help make care more accessible.

Auto Injury

  • If you’ve been injured in an auto accident, your care may be covered under your auto insurance policy. In many cases, this means little to no out-of-pocket cost for you.
  • Our office has experience working with auto accident cases and will help guide you through the process, including documentation and communication with your insurance provider. If you have questions about your coverage, our team is here to help.

Personal Injury Insurance

  • If you’ve been injured due to the negligence of another party, such as a slip and fall or premises liability incident, your chiropractic care may be covered through a personal injury claim.
  • Our office works with personal injury cases and can coordinate with your attorney and their letter of protection (LOP) to help ensure you receive the care you need now, with payment deferred until your case settles.
  • We will assist with the necessary documentation to support your claim. If you have questions about your coverage or next steps, our team is here to help.

Medicare

  • Medicare covers chiropractic adjustments when they are medically necessary. However, it does not cover exams, X-rays, or maintenance care. We will review your benefits with you and explain any out-of-pocket costs before treatment so there are no surprises.

VA Community Care Through Optum Serve

  • If you are a veteran, you may be eligible to receive chiropractic care at our office through the VA Community Care Program, administered by Optum Serve.
  • Veterans must obtain a referral/authorization from their VA primary care provider before scheduling. Our office will verify your authorization and coordinate directly with Optum Serve for billing.
  • There is no out-of-pocket cost for approved services. If you have questions about your eligibility or how to request a referral, our team is happy to help guide you through the process.
